Types of Burma eVisas available for Ghana
The Burmese government offers two types of electronic visas to visit Burma: tourism and business. Although most requirements for these permits are similar, there are a few important differences.
The Burma tourist visa allows holders from Ghana to remain in Myanmar for 28 consecutive days. The application process requires the visitor to provide personal data, passport biographical information, and the intended port of entry into Myanmar.
The business visa to enter Myanmar allows Ghanaian travelers to stay in Myanmar for up to 70 days and requires extra documentation concerning the inviting company in addition to the same requirements as the tourism visa.

Travelers from Ghana should notice that for those who reach Myanmar on a cruise ship, the online application is not available.
Ghanaians who cannot obtain an online visa can refer to their nearest Myanmar embassy or consulate for advice.

Meditation and social visas are also available, but they are less requested. The first one allows travelers who are learning or teaching some of the spiritual practices of Myanmar to stay up to 70 days in the country. The second one is intended for those who are former Myanmar citizens or residents.
